These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Zeylora AI, an AI-powered product photo editing platform for ecommerce sellers, creators, and businesses.
By using Zeylora AI, you agree to these Terms.
Zeylora AI allows users to upload product images, generate AI-powered edits, preview results, and export clean watermark-free images using credits.
Available tools may include:
We may add, remove, pause, or improve tools at any time.
You are responsible for:
You must not share your account in a way that creates abuse, fraud, or excessive automated usage.
You keep ownership of the images you upload.
By uploading images, you give Zeylora AI permission to process, store, preview, and generate edited outputs as needed to provide the service.
You must not upload:
AI-generated results may not always be perfect. Output quality can vary depending on the uploaded image, lighting, resolution, product shape, background, and selected tool.
You are responsible for reviewing edited images before using them in stores, ads, marketplaces, or commercial campaigns.
Zeylora AI does not guarantee that every generated result will be suitable for every marketplace, ad platform, or sales channel.
Zeylora AI may provide free branded or watermarked previews.
Clean watermark-free exports require credits.
Credits are spent only when a clean export is created, unless otherwise stated.
If a clean export for the same completed job has already been unlocked by your account, re-downloading that unlocked export should not charge credits again.
Credits are used to unlock clean exports or paid features.
Credit costs may vary by tool.
Credit packages, bonus credits, and tool costs may change over time.
Promotional or bonus credits may have additional limitations and may not be refundable.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the payment provider to charge the selected amount.
We do not store full card details on our servers.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Zeylora AI, its brand, website design, software, workflows, and platform content are owned by Zeylora AI or its licensors.
You may not copy, clone, reproduce, or misuse the platform without permission.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zeylora AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, lost profits, ad performance issues, marketplace rejection, or business interruption.
